comics and celebrity crushes

we're almost done with Q1 of this year. crazy...! it's been a while since i wrote a diary entry into this thing so i thought i'd do one before the month ended. just make the new pages! i've been working on some pages that have been on my to-do list since i started the site!!! i speak about this all the time but it's so intimidating to try and tackle some of them, especially the shrines. i like my... one week trip to oz

just got back from my morning walk with worm, the day after coming back from melbourne! i thought i'd write up an entry while the memory of the trip is still fresh and i'm still coming down from the high of it. we were there to see taylor in concert but decided to maximize the trip and stay for a week. this was the first time we were staying in the city proper, as we'd usually bunk with relatives... it's been a long time coming: eras tour, babey!

i'm back from my trip! my family flew to melbourne for a week and had a really good time. i'll probably write a separate post about stuff we did and things i got there, but before any of that: last friday i saw taylor swift in concert for the first time ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (sidenote: i think it's kind of funny how now three of my blog posts on here have been taylor-related, because i don't... Read more?

bracelets and a break

i've been avoiding my bear blog lately because i've been feeling like i have to think of something blog post-worthy to write about... and it's not that i haven't had any big thoughts lately, but i'm going through a period where i just don't feel like sharing those deeper ponderings, or even entertaining them for too long. they're things i more want to talk to trusted friends and family about in... i'm back!

long time no see, again! i've been traveling with family for the past week and a half and have been recovering from post-travel depression since then LOL. we were in new york to see family and do some regular touristy new york things, and i got to see some friends from college too! the highlight of the trip was that i attended my first ever anime convention, and it was a whole lot... wrapping up the past month

hello diary, long time no see!! i feel like i've had quite the eventful month since i last wrote, even if it wasn't really all that eventful. it just felt full and mostly happy, so i wanted to go through some of it here. what's the haps first of all, i finished up my contract at my office job! you are looking at an unemployed bitch lmfao... i had a really good... bees and turtles help you draw better

i keep thinking i need to have a reason to make a post when this is literally my site. girl just write if you want. it's october! this is usually the month that people take on a month-long art challenge, which is something that i both admire and envy. the thing with me is i can never commit to doing anything consistently everyday because it starts to feel like a chore that way... site musings

some stuff i'm been thinking about lately, re: webdev and my neocities. long long post! on longevity lately i've been seeing all the cool things people are doing with their sites (having an rss/atom feed for site changes, mirrors on other hosts, dark modes and other accessibility functions, super customized graphics) and some smaller things (updating their...
